Summer is winding down and a new school year is beginning. NAFE has big plans this year, including our new Terrific Teacher Tribute which will debut in early winter and, of course, our Third Annual Shop North Andover day.
Again, thank you to everyone who helped make the 2008-2009 school year so successful for us. Look for our e-mails, flyers, and posts announcing our upcoming events soon!

Welcome to North Andover Foundation For Education |
The North Andover Foundation for Education has successfully completed its THIRD year. We are very excited to have been able to present the North Andover Public Schools with $21,000 this year to fund a pilot program of the Scott Foresman Reading Street reading curriculum. After partially funding an Art Teacher at the High School for the 2007-8 school year, we are beginning to touch the lives of all students in the North Andover Public School System.
This donation was only possible as a result of the generosity and support of all those who took the leap of faith and supported our efforts this year. Support from the community has been overwhelming, particularly for a new organization such as ourselves.
Our Annual Walk for Kids has successfully raised money for three years for our schools. Our Second Annual Shop North Andover day not only raised money for our schools but also benefitted participating businesses. Next year we are very excited to start our Terrific Teacher Tribute program both raising money for our schools and honoring the dedicated teachers in our school system.
